All fees paid for VFSC online services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a transaction has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Clients are advised to review their service orders carefully before completing the payment.
4. EXCEPTIONS
In exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or service failures on VFSC’s part, The VFSC may consider a refund or adjustment on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing to walilee@vfsc.vu within 1 month of the transaction being made. To avoid doubt, a request made beyond this time will not be considered.
